  • I grew up eating horse meat and buffalo. My father was a butcher at Fort Sill Oklahoma. Horses were butchered there, on occasion, and when the buffalo herds, from the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, were culled each year, Dad would bring home buffalo.

  • It sounds to me that none of the commentors above are gay or even know any gays. You are not taking into account the mental cruelty and physical assaults that are perpetrated against gay teens, by their families, when it is discovered that they are gay. It was certainly much worse 34 years ago.
